FieryPod, mis vainas de Flamboyan pintadas ----- FieryPod my painted Flamboyant Pod

Una idea que me pareció original fue pintar las vainas del Flamboyan (Delonix Regia), un árbol originario de Madagascar al que le encanta el clima de las Islas Canarias.

Se trata de uno de los árboles más coloridos del mundo gracias a sus flores rojas y su follaje de un verde brillante:

 

  

 

 

 

Aquí están las gigantescas vainas de este maravilloso árbol. Las recolecté así sobre la mesa de mi casa:

 

 

La referencia es mi dedo. Pueden ver su tamaño y creo que ya en si mismas son muy hermosas😁😁😁

 

Al igual que hago con las piedras, he creado un fondo con pinturas acrílicas. Hay que hacer una primera observación: la superficie de la vaina no absorbe el color por completo, por lo que es necesario darle varias capas de color hasta el punto de que inevitablemente se creará un grosor.

 

 

Esto implica la creación de un estilo pictórico simple y abstracto como el que os voy a enseñar  ahora mismo:

 

Como veís se me ocurrieron combinaciones de colores que evocan civilizaciones antiguas (oro y azul en este caso, pero también rojo y oro como os enseño enseguida). La decoración con sencillos puntos irregulares me permitió realizar un acabado realmente elegante y, debo añadir... incluso original:

One idea that struck me as original was to paint the pods of the Flamboyant (Delonix Regia), a tree native to Madagascar that loves the Canary Islands' climate.

It is one of the most colourful trees in the world thanks to its red flowers and bright green foliage: (see image above).

Here are the giant pods of this wonderful tree. I collected them like this on my table at home:

The reference is my finger. You can see their size and I think they are already in themselves very beautiful😁😁😁😁😁.
 
As I do with the stones, I have created a background with acrylic paints. A first remark must be made: pod's surface does not absorb the colour completely, so it is necessary to give it several layers of it to the point that it will inevitably create a thickness. 

This implies the creation of a simple and abstract pictorial style like the one I am going to show you right now: (see images above)

As you can see, I came up with colour matches that evoke ancient civilisations (gold and blue in this case, but also red and gold as I'll show you right away). The decoration with simple irregular dots allowed me to create a really elegant and, I might add... even original result:
